I would like to thank once again all the staff at Keio Plaza Hotel - Grand Premier. I believe every hotel experience begins and ends with the staff. Every single employee at Keio Plaza Hotel was impeccable, from the bell boys to the receptionists in the lobby, to the staff members in the Grand Premier at Floor 45 and even the Chef at breakfast. Everybody welcomened us openly, always smiling at us and everybody spoke English quite well. I even tried my limited Japanese with them and they really appreciated my attempt. The breakfast - was exquisite with a variety of western and Japanese options. The coffee options are sufficient and tasty (Espresso, Latte, Mocha, Cappuccino) and the view is to die for (on floor 45th - having direct view to the Tokyo Metropolitan Governmental Building). The music played in the background is classical and suits the atmosphere just fine. One thing worth mentioning is that they have time slots for breakfast which you have to book a day in advance but that is perfect because it was never crowded, and you could always find a perfect spot to sit and enjoy the view. Tea-Time + Happy Hour - In our Premier Grand room, we had included tea-time and happy hours- which basically meant we could come up to the 45th floor either between 14.30 and 16.30 or between 17.30 and 19.30 for drinks and snacks and great jazz music + let's not forget the view. It is a perfect treat! The room - we had a room on the 37th floor, facing the Tokyo Metropolitan Governmental Building. The view wa to die for! The room itself was extremely spacious and cosy and you had everything you might need in the room, from complimentary water, to Nespresso coffee, bathromes, PJs, Yukatas, bathroom amnesties such as toothbrush, hair brush, comb, razors and shaving cream, make-up removal wipes + L'Occitane shampoo, shower gel etc. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub (quite common in Japan) + the classic Japanese smart toilet. Perfect Tokyo honeymoon gateway!

This hotel ticks nearly every box! The location is ideal—centralized and just a short walk from Shinjuku Station and its surrounding shopping malls. It’s quiet and peaceful, with only the occasional fire engine siren that won’t disrupt your stay. The food is excellent, offering superb quality. Guests staying in the Premier Grand have the luxury of choosing from three breakfast options and enjoying access to the lounge for afternoon tea or snacks—perfect after a day of shopping. The amenities are top-notch and among the best I’ve experienced, restocked daily, with delightful L’Occitane products that smell wonderful. The hospitality was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed with sweets and a lovely card, and during our stay, we received another thoughtful gift as a token of appreciation. Celebrating my birthday during Japan’s vibrant fall season felt even more special this year thanks to the hotel’s attention to detail. A big thank you to the housekeeping staff for keeping our room spotless and to the bell managers for seamlessly arranging transportation and managing our luggage. This was my first stay at Keio Plaza Hotel, and it certainly won’t be my last! Reflecting on my previous trips, I feel like I missed out by staying elsewhere.

First of all, the location is prime for an overall tourist visitor as there is an excellent metro station right next to the building to which you can enter (almost) dry even during rainy moments. The metro station provides good lines to take you anywhere you need to go (as a tourist) - more or less. The hotel is also within short walking distance (500 meters?) from the Shinjuku main shopping streets / area. We walked many times from the hotel to Shinjuku using various streets - day and night. The hotel itself provides 5-7 restaurants and the separate Premier Grand reception folks can help you with pretty much anything. Nice views from the 45th and 47th floors! The Premier Grand rooms themselves were excellent to our taste.

Great location - easy walk to the station but on the quiet side of Shinjuku. Amazing facilities when using the premier grand rooms including breakfast with a view of Mount Fuji. Access to the sky lounge included with drinks and snacks which many people didn’t seem to realise. Service was great. Never seen so many staff keen to help at any given moment. Stopped by for afternoon tea (included) and also some days used the bar service (free drinks and more light bites). Room was exceptional. Felt like a spa. Also helpful to have a laundry room available. Almost forgot the front row seats to the light show at the Tokyo metropolitan building. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Joy

Good location, just a few minutes walk from Shinjuku Station. Generously large and well-soundproofed room. Intuitive and prepared for tourists from all over the world. Adapters for any type of socket. It's worth booking a room with Club Lounge access because it has a wide selection of drinks, including sparkling rice wine, and being on the 45th floor has a great view.
