I would like to thank once again all the staff at Keio Plaza Hotel - Grand Premier. I believe every hotel experience begins and ends with the staff. Every single employee at Keio Plaza Hotel was impeccable, from the bell boys to the receptionists in the lobby, to the staff members in the Grand Premier at Floor 45 and even the Chef at breakfast. Everybody welcomened us openly, always smiling at us and everybody spoke English quite well. I even tried my limited Japanese with them and they really appreciated my attempt. The breakfast - was exquisite with a variety of western and Japanese options. The coffee options are sufficient and tasty (Espresso, Latte, Mocha, Cappuccino) and the view is to die for (on floor 45th - having direct view to the Tokyo Metropolitan Governmental Building). The music played in the background is classical and suits the atmosphere just fine. One thing worth mentioning is that they have time slots for breakfast which you have to book a day in advance but that is perfect because it was never crowded, and you could always find a perfect spot to sit and enjoy the view. Tea-Time + Happy Hour - In our Premier Grand room, we had included tea-time and happy hours- which basically meant we could come up to the 45th floor either between 14.30 and 16.30 or between 17.30 and 19.30 for drinks and snacks and great jazz music + let's not forget the view. It is a perfect treat! The room - we had a room on the 37th floor, facing the Tokyo Metropolitan Governmental Building. The view wa to die for! The room itself was extremely spacious and cosy and you had everything you might need in the room, from complimentary water, to Nespresso coffee, bathromes, PJs, Yukatas, bathroom amnesties such as toothbrush, hair brush, comb, razors and shaving cream, make-up removal wipes + L'Occitane shampoo, shower gel etc. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub (quite common in Japan) + the classic Japanese smart toilet. Perfect Tokyo honeymoon gateway!

My stay at the Keio Plaza Hotel Premier Grand in Shinjuku was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless and welcoming. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Shinjuku, with easy access to transport, shopping, and entertainment. Whether you're visiting Tokyo for business or leisure, this is an ideal base. The staff were consistently professional, courteous, and attentive. Every interaction, from check-in to dining, was met with genuine hospitality and efficiency. It’s clear that service is a top priority here. The rooms in the Premier Grand level are a real highlight. By Tokyo standards, the size is impressively generous, offering ample space to relax and unwind. The decor strikes a perfect balance between modern elegance and traditional Japanese touches. The views of the city skyline from the upper floors are stunning, especially at night. Dining options at the hotel are excellent. There's a wide variety of food and drink, both Japanese and international, with a particular emphasis on quality and presentation. The Premier Grand Lounge offers a refined atmosphere with premium drinks and small bites throughout the day—an added luxury that truly enhances the stay. Another standout feature is the attention to detail throughout the hotel. From the art installations to the impeccably clean facilities, everything is maintained to the highest standard. The blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience makes Keio Plaza Hotel Premier Grand a top-tier choice in Tokyo. Highly recommended—I look forward to returning!

First of all, the location is prime for an overall tourist visitor as there is an excellent metro station right next to the building to which you can enter (almost) dry even during rainy moments. The metro station provides good lines to take you anywhere you need to go (as a tourist) - more or less. The hotel is also within short walking distance (500 meters?) from the Shinjuku main shopping streets / area. We walked many times from the hotel to Shinjuku using various streets - day and night. The hotel itself provides 5-7 restaurants and the separate Premier Grand reception folks can help you with pretty much anything. Nice views from the 45th and 47th floors! The Premier Grand rooms themselves were excellent to our taste.

Great location - easy walk to the station but on the quiet side of Shinjuku. Amazing facilities when using the premier grand rooms including breakfast with a view of Mount Fuji. Access to the sky lounge included with drinks and snacks which many people didn’t seem to realise. Service was great. Never seen so many staff keen to help at any given moment. Stopped by for afternoon tea (included) and also some days used the bar service (free drinks and more light bites). Room was exceptional. Felt like a spa. Also helpful to have a laundry room available. Almost forgot the front row seats to the light show at the Tokyo metropolitan building. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Joy

We were on the Premier Floor, and I would highly recommend it. Breakfast was included, they had snacks and drinks available every afternoon and every evening. The views are beautiful, the service and the amenities included are all excellent. The location could not have been better. It was about a 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station. So many things are within walking distance. It is so easy to get around--whether you take the train or a cab/uber, you can get anywhere in the city that you want very easily.
